PERFORMANCES:   Shows are scheduled to begin every hour on all stages. Performances are to last 45 minutes.  There will be only 15 minutes between shows and we ask that performers be prepared to set up and leave the stage promptly.

PUBLICITY:  Please provide chairperson with any publicity and pictures that you wish the AFK to use. A tabloid detailing the AFK is printed before the festival and provides publicity for all entertainers.  Also a short introduction is needed from the performers on the Open Prairie Stage.

SOUND:  Sound equipment is provided.   For details of the sound system and any of your special needs, please discuss with your chairperson prior to contract agreement.

TAPE SALES:  Entertainers will be allowed to sell CD’s or Cassettes of their music. No displays will be allowed. Tape sales shall in no way interfere with any other entertainers.  Entertainers may mention during their performance that they have tapes available for sale and then leave it up to the purchaser to approach them.

PAYMENT:  The AFK’s finances are maintained by the City of Kendallville thus no payment can be made prior to the day of the Festival. Payment will be made by October 31^st, 2008 .
